Return & Exchange Policy / Incorrect Item Received

Returns: You can return your item within 30 days from delivery date. Once your item has been returned you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be for the original amount you paid. Share the Word shop will not pay for shipping to return an item. When making a return your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment used or for store credit. You will be able to indicate your refund choice when submiting your return request. Refunds will be issued once your item has been returned.

Exchange: You can exchange your item within 30 days from delivery date. Share the Word shop will not pay for the shipping cost to mail back the original item received. When your new item is shipped out sWs will pay for shipping. You can exchange your item for the exact same item in a different size or color. Please make sure to indicate the size and color you want when submiting your request.

Incorrect Item Received: Making sure our customers are satisfied is very important. If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at support@sharethewordshop.com with your order number and the incorrect item details. We are sorry for the incorrect item you received and will make sure to correct our mistake. All shipping cost will be covered by share the Word shop.

How to submit your return/exchange request?

1. Enter your email from your order confirmation and order number.

2. Fill out the online form and pay for the shipping label. You will receive an email confirmation of your return/exchange request and attached to your email will be your shipping label.

3. Print your shipping label and mail back item. Note: You can use the same packaging your item arrived in. Please place item back into the original packaging along with the Return Authorization Slip. Seal your package with shipping tape, place new shipping label over the old label making sure all previous addresses and barcodes are covered.

Once you have mailed your item back to share the Word shop you will receive an email notifying you when sWs has received your package by mail.

You will receive another email once your return or exchange has been finalized.
