FAQ Ambassador Program
Once I apply to become an ambassador how long will it take to know if I got approved? We will approve your ambassador application within 2 business days. You will receive an email when you have been approved.
Does it cost to become an Ambassador? No
What is my commission for each sale I refer? 10%
Do my friends and family get a discount when using my link or code? Yes, your personalized link and code provide a 10% discount on the entire order.
How do I get paid my commission and when? Pay day is every Friday. You can choose to be paid by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or sWs store credit. You will also receive an email when your commission has been paid out. Details of your commission will also be available on your ambassador dashboard.
If I tell my friend about sWs and they make a purchase, how do I get credit for that sale? When you become an Ambassador we will provide you with a personalized discount code and personalized shopping link. You can share your link or discount code with anyone and you will automatically get credit for that sale. Your friend or family member who uses your link or discount code will get 10% off their entire order and you will also get 10% commission on that order.
If my friend or family member uses my link do they also have to put in my discount code at checkout? No. If your friends and family use your link the 10% discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
How will my friends and family know they are shopping using my link? When your friends or family use your personalized link the link takes them to our share the Word shop website and at the top of our website will be a blue bar and it will say, "You are shopping with Ambassadors Name".
How can I check the status of how many people have used my promo code or link, and what I have earned? We have an easy user friendly dashboard that keeps track of your sales and commission. You can go directly to sharethewordshop.goaffpro.com and login to view your dashboard or you can download the Pro Affiliates app to your cell phone and easily view your dashboard anytime. How often will I get free product from sWs? When your application has been approved to become an ambassador sWs will allow you to pick a free product immediately. After your first month you will get one free product every month.
Do I have to promote on social media and how often? Yes, as apart of being an ambassador we require a minimum of two post per month with tagging our shop in it. You can post when you want but the two post can not be made within the same week.
Can I quit being an Ambassador at anytime? Yes, you can. Just email your request to ambassador@sharethewordshop.com and we will respond within 1-3 business days.
Can share the Word shop revoke my status as Ambassador at anytime? Yes, sWs has the right to revoke any ambassador at anytime for any reason. You will be notified by email if sWs has decided to no longer continue your ambassador partnership.
